New Protein/DNA Array

Redwood City, Calif. September 28, 2004—Panomics, Inc. introduces Protein/DNA Combo Array to characterize the binding activities of 345 transcription factors (TFs) simultaneously. Our array-based technology is a significant improvement over cumbersome gel mobility-shift assays, which only permits the characterization of one TF at a time. The Protein/DNA Arrays will allow you to study TF activation in a variety of biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, transformation, and apoptosis.

Five versions of the Protein/DNA Array are currently available. Four of them are spotted with unique, non-overlapping consensus-binding sequences corresponding to specific TFs.
