New Protein/DNA Array

Redwood City, Calif. April 13, 2004—Panomics, Inc. introduces TranSignal Protein/DNA Array version III to characterize the activities of another set of 94 transcription factors (TFs) simultaneously. Our array-based technology is a significant improvement over cumbersome gel mobility-shift assays, which only permits the characterization of one TF at a time. The TranSignal Protein/DNA Arrays will allow you to study TF activation in a variety of biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, transformation, and apoptosis.

Three versions of the TranSignal Protein/DNA Array are currently available. All three are spotted with unique, non-overlapping consensus-binding sequences corresponding to specific TFs. Version I offers 54 TFs, and version II adds another 96 TFs. All three versions can be combined for a total of 244 TFs.
