Achieve effective gene knockdown with siRNA vectors

Redwood City, Calif. March 31, 2004—Panomics, Inc. introduces 39 new TF siRNA Vectors further expanding our highly popular siRNA vector line for suppressing expression of transcription factor (TF) genes. Each siRNA Vector encodes an RNA sequence that is post-transcriptionally converted into an siRNA-like transcript. This siRNA targets a specific TF-encoding mRNA for degradation via the RNA interference mechanism. The procedure couldn't be simpler: just transfect the siRNA Vector into cells to substantially reduce TF activity.

In addtion to transcription factors, siRNA Vectors now target coregulators, signaling proteins, and proteins involved in the TNF-NFkB pathway!
