SRC1-TF Interaction Arrays

Redwood City, Calif. March 9, 2004—Panomics, Inc. introduces the SRC1-TF Interaction Arrays. These easy-to-use arrays employ a novel, patent pending technology that enables you to determine the interactions of transcriptional coactivator steroid receptor activator 1 (SRC1) with multiple transcription factors (TFs)—all in one single assay. Profiling SRC1 and TF activity simultaneously, you will gain insight into the hormone-induced signaling pathways through determining ligand-associated alterations in TF-binding.

Two versions of the array are currently available. The SRC1-TF Interaction Array I detects the binding of 54 TFs, while the SRC1-TF Interaction Array II detects the binding of 96 TFs.
