New Array for Mapping the Network of p300 Interactions.

Redwood City, Calif. September 9, 2003—Panomics, Inc. introduces the p300-TF Interaction Array for profiling the signal-associated changes of p300 interactions. Unlike conventional methods, this new array can be used to determine how p300 interacts with multiple TFs in a single experiment.

The patent-pending technology behind p300-TF Interaction Arrays is remarkably simple. Instead of directly measuring interactions between proteins, this array reveals binding with each TF's corresponding cis-element. TF interactions with p300 are assessed by determining which cis-elements are co-immunoprecipitated with the anti-p300 antibody. The cis-elements are then hybridized to an array membrane, and results are visualized by chemiluminescent detection.

Two p300-TF Interaction Arrays are currently available; Version I includes 54 TFs, and Version II includes 96 TFs. By combining both arrays, you can investigate how p300 interacts with 150 different TFs. Individual results can then be confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation or super-gel shift. Each order comes with three p300-TF Interaction Array membranes; hybridization and wash solutions; reaction and detection reagents; p300 Antibody; and control nuclear extract.
