QUANTITATIVE BIOLOGY. DELIVERED.

Now that the sequencing of the human genome is complete it is allowing scientists to focus on how those genes—far fewer in number than the proteins in the proteome—interact with other proteins to cause functional change. What is very clear is that gene expression alone is not sufficient to characterize protein diversity.

As scientists start to make a concerted assault on understanding the proteome it is very clear that at the heart of any understanding is the need to analyze and map the vast array of cellular signaling events which lie at the heart of cellular control, regulation and ultimately function.

To assist in these efforts, Panomics offers a comprehensive suite of solutions for pathway analysis. We offer both antibody arrays and a Luminex-based Procarta assay for quantitation of cytokines, key molecules in cell communication. Transmission of a large amount of information through the cellular internet is gated by kinase phosphorylation, our kinase signaling assay matrix includes a new Luminex-based SH2 Domain Plex Assay for phosphoprotein profiling SH2, SH3, PDZ, and WW interaction domain proteins and protein arrays.

The coordinated activity of transcription factors (TFs) in response to internal or external signaling can effect widespread changes in gene expression. Perhaps most comprehensive is our arsenal for studying transcription factor regulation: not only have we developed extensive assays for TF DNA and protein interactions, we also provide a TF reporter array, and a number of TF-responsive Gene Promoter Reporter Vectors.
